What you send us
Saying hello through the form shares whatever you put in it with us: who you are, how to reach you by email, the company you work for, and anything you mention about the product, your timing or your budget. We read it so we can write back and, if we end up working together, so we can plan that work. It isn't used for anything else.
What this site doesn't do
There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies here, and every font and script loads from this site instead of from another company. Like any web host, ours records basic visit details in its logs, for example IP addresses and which pages were asked for, because it needs them to keep the site up and safe.
Where your note goes
Your note travels to our inbox by way of our hosting provider and the email and workspace tools we use to receive it. Nobody else gets it from us, and we never sell it.
How long we hold on to it
Notes stay with us for as long as they're useful to our conversation or to any work that comes out of it. Ask us to remove yours and we will.
Changing your mind
If you want a copy of what we hold about you, or want it fixed or deleted, send a line through the contact form and we'll take care of it.
